Product Cancellation

  • You have the option to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
  • Any amount paid will be credited back to you using the same payment method through which the payment was made.
  • For pre-paid transactions, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the time of cancellation.
  • Please note that once a product has been shipped, we cannot accept cancellations.
  • Cancellation requests for international orders are not applicable.

Exchange & Return

While we invest considerable effort and care into crafting each Label Aparna Rawat garment, we understand that there may be reasons for exchange or return. Here are the details of our exchange and return policy:

  • As a company policy, we do not provide refunds on any product sold.
  • In the event that you wish to exchange a product, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, the product must meet the following criteria:
    • It must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
    • It should be undamaged and in a salable condition.
    • All tags must be attached.
    • The product must be returned in its original condition, including all packing materials, courier receipts, invoices, and other relevant documents.
    • Please ensure that all returned items are securely and safely packed to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
    • We do not accept damaged or soiled products for exchange.
  • Once we receive the product and confirm that it meets our exchange criteria, your request for exchange will be processed.
  • Products can only be exchanged if they meet our terms and conditions.
  • Please note that discounted products are not eligible for exchange or returns.
  • The cost of shipping the product back to our warehouse shall be borne by the customer. We will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair or replacement of the merchandise.
  • A product that has already been exchanged once cannot be exchanged a second time.
  • It’s essential to understand that not all products are eligible for exchange. All made-to-order or customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This policy is designed to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen while keeping our prices reasonable.
